Terms and conditions:
B&B – a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable on arrival.
Self-catering - a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before start of holiday.

In the event of your cancelling the reservation any payments made would only be refundable if the accommodation is let for the period cancelled in which case we would refund payments less any costs / discount incurred in securing another reservation.  If this is a concern we recommend that you take out suitable insurance.
