Terms & Conditions 

Self-catering – a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before start of stay.

 

In the event of your cancelling the reservation, any payments made would only be refundable if the accommodation is let for the period cancelled in which case we would refund payments less any costs / discount incurred in securing another reservation.  If this is a concern we recommend that you take out suitable insurance.

Sorry – as much as we love animals, we don’t allow pets.

You are welcome to have friends or family come and visit you during the day, but we do not allow additional guests to stay overnight.
